Doug:

Welcome to season two, episode 25 of The Seller Community Podcast from List Perfectly. This week we have Rachel Bagnik, rbagnik, on the show. So Rachel refers to herself as an accidental reseller. She kind of fell into this whole thing, starting on eBay and using List Perfectly to expand her business. From there, I asked Rachel for three adjectives to describe herself. She said she was practical as she tries to approach everything in a practical sense, using logic and using data based on what’s happened in the past. She chose fun because this is a side hustle for her. Rachel also has a full- job and wouldn’t be reselling if it wasn’t fun. Finally, she chose entertaining because of her Instagram and YouTube, where she interacts with people. So let’s listen to Rachel Bagnik, a practical, fun, entertaining, and accidental reseller.

Doug:

Today we welcome Rachel Bagnik to The Seller Community Podcast. Rachel’s been a List Perfectly user since 2020, and crossposts to eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, and Kidizen, Rachel’s also an active member of the List Perfectly referral program. She’s also active on social, a YouTube creator, and a Zumba instructor. So welcome to the show, Rachel. Thanks for taking the time.

Rachel:

Thank you, Doug and Clara. I’m so excited to be here with you guys today.

Clara:

Oh, I’m so happy to have you here and so happy to share your experience and knowledge with our community. So Rachel, let’s get this started. What do you think?

Rachel:

Yes, I’m ready. I’m ready.

Clara:

You’re ready for the first question?

Rachel:

Yes ma’am. Okay.

Clara:

And I have some very good questions with Doug. Okay. So let’s start from the beginning. Rachel, what do you sell and how did you get into selling online, please?

Rachel:

So these days I sell a little of everything. It’s mostly clothes and shoes. Mostly women’s, but I’ve kind of dabbled into kids and men’s and also some hard goods recently, too. I’m still trying to figure out what else is out there to sell. Right. But mostly everything I sell is thrifted or secondhand.

Clara:

That’s nice. And how did you get into online selling? What, what, when was, did you start as a part-time hobby or did you just jump like Amanda all the way full time?

Rachel:

<Laugh> So I got started reselling by accident, I guess it was an accident. So I actually started in 2010 on eBay and back then I started a weight loss journey. I actually have lost over 200 pounds since then. And yeah, and, and I was losing weight, so I needed to buy new clothes for myself, but I didn’t wanna purchase brand new number one. I was in my early twenties. I couldn’t afford it. And number two, I knew I wasn’t gonna last long before I needed new stuff anyway. Right. So I started shopping at thrift stores for the first time in my life. That’s kind of how I discovered thrifting. Well, on the other hand, I had all of my clothes that no longer fit. And I’m like, well, what am I gonna do with this stuff? Yeah. So I put it on eBay and then I had this light bulb moment, one time at the thrift store.

Rachel:

Like people donate really good stuff. And if people are buying my size that I have in my closet, they are going to buy anybody’s size that I pick up. Even if it doesn’t wasn’t mine. Right. So that’s kind of just how I started. Every time I would go to look for myself, if I saw something I thought was worth a little bit more than that thrift store price tag, I would pick it up and I would put it on eBay. And that’s, that’s how it started for me. And here we are. <Laugh>

Clara:

I would’ve never, I always, I don’t know why I have this misconception that you started with Poshmark. I’m so happy to get to know you better and thank you, Doug. Again, I’m so happy that I’m doing the podcast. This is an incredible opportunity for me to get to know each of our community members better. Thank you, Doug, again.

Doug:

Oh, of course, of course. And thank you. Okay. So Rachel, how did you discover List Perfectly then?

Rachel:

So I kind of really minded my own business, so to speak in the reseller world, I was very much, I guess I didn’t know it at the time, but I guess I was very much on an island myself. Right. I ran my reseller business, but I was not on social media. I knew nothing of any reseller community or anything. And it wasn’t until the pandemic that I realized that people were all like connected on Instagram and stuff with reselling <laugh>. And I started like, cuz you know, I was, you know, by myself kind of locked away here. And I started connecting with people on social media and that’s when I found somebody, I don’t know if it was you guys specifically or if somebody else had posted something about List Perfectly. And I was like, oh my gosh. At the time I was only on Poshmark and eBay and I was manually crossposting only selectively though, cuz it’s so much work.

Rachel:

And then I was double selling and it was not ideal. So I just barely was doing any of it. And I was like, you mean to tell me, I could like have a thing that does this for me without having to do it myself and then a bonus, it was like all these other platforms I’d never heard of. So I was like, yeah, sign me up. Like this is a no-brainer. And then that was before you had a referral program I think. Yeah. So that was kind of just me discovering it that way and I’ve never looked back <laugh> I guess.

Clara:

I love it. We did have it from the beginning. It was very small though, the referral program.

Rachel:

Oh, OK.

Clara:

Remember everything was limited. Everything was on a waiting list because we just didn’t anticipate it. I never, never, in my wildest dreams,, I anticipated that you could be interested in a tool that was built for me. So it’s just thank you again, you know, it just blows my mind <laugh>. And how has List Perfectly helped you to grow your businesses?

Rachel:

So I actually did a YouTube video on it. When I was first getting into YouTube that first year that I used List Perfectly, 40% of my sales came from platforms that I was not listing on.

Clara:

Wow.

Rachel:

40%. I mean the argument can be made that the subscription pays for itself, right? I may not have made those sales if I was only listing on eBay or if I was only listing on Poshmark because at that point they were in front of different audiences, and different markets. And I’m really realizing that as time goes on, like certain brands, I know I’m gonna sell on Mercari, certain items I know are gonna sell on eBay. And so I can be more strategic about what I post. Well, I mean, honestly I post everything everywhere, but I know that I can feel more confident picking up items that I maybe wouldn’t have picked up cuz it wasn’t selling on eBay, but I know it’s gonna sell on Mercari. So in, in both of those ways, you know, it’s, it’s definitely been like I said, there’s no going back. Like I can’t imagine not doing it that way now that I’m doing it this way. You know?

Doug:

And so what makes you stick with List Perfectly?

Rachel:

That inventory management system, the catalog, I mean, it’s so ingrained in my process. I have no reason to switch and just the amount of work it would take me to try it another way. It’s just not even worth my time because it’s, it ain’t broke. Don’t fix it. Right. I start all of my listings in List Perfectly as drafts. And then I cascade them out to all my platforms. And then when it sells, I remove it right from List Perfectly. If I didn’t have that piece of my puzzle, the amount of work it would take to do that, I can’t even imagine right? So…

Clara:

I remember just being on eBay and Etsy, Rachel, and like you cherry-picking which listings you’re cross posting and then double selling and being so frustrated. Right?

Rachel:

I’ll tell you, I, when I first started on Poshmark, which was like 2014, 2015, and I was like, oh yeah, let me post on both. I made this terrible rookie mistake and I will share it because this is a, don’t do what I did the situation. I was not careful about delisting it from eBay when I sold it on Poshmark. And my seller status dropped because I had so many unfulfilled orders I dropped to below standard and yeah, with eBay, it sort of throttles your visibility, and your listings get pushed down in the search. It cost me thousands of dollars because I almost had to switch gears for that entire year, cuz it stays that way. You have to, it takes 12 months for that to roll off. Right. All of those missed sales. So I had to completely pivot my business to mostly just Poshmark for that entire year until I could build back up. That’s why, for anybody that’s manual, crossposting like there is a better way and that is going to happen. It’s only a matter of time before you forget to delist here or there. Don’t do what I did. I mean that was a mess and it took over a year to fix itself.

Clara:

I had forgotten Rachel. I forgot about using and being below standard and then things are, I call ’em Siberia, you know? Yeah. Nobody can find them. Okay. Mm-Hmm <affirmative> even if you, if you give a link, okay. <Laugh> might not be able to find it, you know? And I forgot. Thank you for sharing that, you know, that’s, you know, something to keep in mind. Sometimes, you know, you can be saving what, you know, $50 a month, or in your case, you’re using the pro plan, which is $69 a month, but it’s gonna cost you thousands a year. That’s why I thought that you were a native Poshmark seller because you were doing everything from when I met you, was everything mainly Poshmark.

Rachel:

Yeah…

Clara:

Thank you, Rachel.

Rachel:

It was right around the time I started using List Perfectly that I felt confident that I could sell on eBay again without messing things up. Yeah. And so I am a native eBayer, but I had to put eBay on the back burner because of the mistakes I made during that time. Yeah. And it was List Perfectly that helped me get back to it. Now I am back to being top-rated. You know, I have zero canceled orders unfulfilled because I double sold. It just doesn’t happen anymore. And it’s not going to so long as I keep doing it the way I’m doing it.

Clara:

That is amazing. Rachel. So thank you for sharing that with our audience. Yes. Now, now we’re in a positive. Now that <laugh>, our audience wants to know what are you most passionate about, not what gives you the most money. Okay. Or what sells the most. But what is it when you find something that you’re most passionate about reselling?

Rachel:

Oh, you know, and, and I’m gonna say it’s been this way since day one.

Clara:

Oh really?

Rachel:

It’s blue jeans, denim

Clara:

Really?

Rachel:

And no denim in most cases does not make the most money. But when I get in, denim is so easy to bulk list. Like if you work in batches, and then, package and ship, it is the easiest. It’s predictable, how much it’s going to weigh and you know, so I can, I can take a stack of 50 pairs of jeans and photograph and edit my photos and then measure and write my descriptions and use those templates. It’s all like right there. It’s so fast and no, it’s not gonna be the top dollar. Right. But I can make just as much money because I’m, it’s so quick and easy to do and I can get in my groove and I can put on my favorite TV program or watch my friends on YouTube and just knock it out so fast. It will forever be my favorite thing to sell. Absolutely.

Clara:

I love it. Thank you for sharing that.

Doug:

All right. So I’ll take it the other way. What’s your least favorite thing to sell? Is there anything you don’t deal with or you have, and you don’t wanna do it again?

Rachel:

So I feel like my least favorite thing to sell kind of changes depending on my mood. I guess I go through phases with the least favorite for a while. My least favorite thing was dresses. And the reason was that at the thrift store they hang them up high. So I gotta constantly be up here searching through the rack hurts

Clara:

The shoulders, right.

Rachel:

It does. Then I wear like a crossbody purse and it’s like yanking on me. So I would say dresses. I ju and, and right now I, so I’ve gotten more into dresses. I’ve gotten over that. I’ve challenged myself to use my shoulders more. <Laugh> okay. But what it is now is the t-shirts. I just don’t have the patience for t-shirts and it’s yeah, I don’t. Yeah. It’s I don’t know if it’s cuz they’re oh, maybe they’re not worth as much or it takes, you have to go through a lot more of ’em to find the gems there are a thousand things I’d rather do than look through t-shirts at a thrift store.

Clara:

That is so true. What’s more, it’s overwhelming. My favorite was men’s suits. Always. I always find incredible brands there, but I believe, yes, t-shirts in a thrift store are not something that I could do. I used to do it in the flea markets.

Rachel:

Okay. Yeah. It was probably easier that way, right.

Clara:

Yeah, because everything is selected already. You know, the sellers and what they’re finding, but no, so true. Thank you for bringing that up. I forgot. <Laugh> so what tips would you have for a new seller, please?

Rachel:

New sellers. Okay. I love this question. So <laugh> okay. Number one. Don’t compare yourself to anybody else, because if I would’ve looked at myself and where I am today, when I first started, I would’ve been like, I’m never gonna get there. That’s not me. I can’t do that. And not only that everybody has access to different brands, but their thrift stores also have different prices. Some people don’t even have thrift stores. They can access and they do liquidation or they do yard sales, or they do estate sales. There is no one person that you can model yourself after and expect to be exactly like that. Right. So focus on yourself. It was a blessing to not have social media when I was first starting out, cause all I could do was just do what I was doing. There was nothing to compare to. I know that’s not the case for most of us now. But so you have to remember that like you have to, to be where you are right now and you can aspire to be where someone else is, but you have no idea what it took them to get there. And so you have to focus on where you are right now and do what you can do right now.

Clara:

I never thought about it. Look at your journey. And I love what you’re saying about your journey. Maybe you were not in social commerce or social media in the beginning, but that allowed you to find your own voice.

Rachel:

It was a perpetual cycle of trial and error. How do I know what brands to pick up? Because I picked it up once and it sold, how do I know it? Not to pick up because I tried it and it’s still sitting here. It had nothing to do with what so and so said on Instagram sold for them today or what they said don’t pick up anymore. Cuz it’s not on-trend. I had no idea. Literally. No idea.

Doug:

Yeah. I like that. You’ve mentioned a couple of times that you’ve, you know, some trial and error stuff, and you’ve adapted and learned from different things. Poshmark sellers are having challenges recently. Did the recent Poshmark algorithm changes have any effect on your business, and how did you think you had to pivot?

Rachel:

I’m gonna say it’s hard to say because all of these changes happened with Poshmark around the same time that I was moving. And so I, yeah, so I didn’t list anything new the entire month of April. Anyway, the whole time the changes were going on, I was not listing anything because I was moving. I will say that all of my platforms are down a little bit. Poshmark is down more than the others. Proportionately, eBay has always brought me more sales than Poshmark. And it is still continuing to bring me more. But it is down a little bit as is everything. So it’s hard for me to say that it’s specifically because of what Poshmark has done. What I will say is that I’ve noticed on Poshmark, very clear as day. My items, my, my lower priced items are what’s selling. The stuff like the Target brands, the Walmart brands, the stuff that I get in mystery boxes that I ordinarily just donate, I’ve been listing.

Rachel:

That’s, what’s selling, the stuff I have listed for $10, $12. I am getting a lot of likes, but the number of likes I get is proportional to the number of sales I make. Everyone’s liking, no one’s buying. And I don’t know if that’s because of the Poshmark algorithm or not. And then the sales I am making are very small, lower dollar sales. Even though I have a very wide range of lower dollar and higher dollar items in my closet, it’s the lower dollar stuff. So I think that could have a little bit to do with economic issues and inflation and you know, all of those external factors you have no control over. So it is hard to say. To answer the second part of your question though, what have I been doing? Cuz I don’t know why I could sit here all day and try to determine the root cause.

Rachel:

And at the end of the day, it’s not gonna help me make more sales to know why. Right? The bottom line is I have to do what I have to do to make more sales. So it’s exactly that number one, everything goes on eBay first. It is proven that eBay makes the most sales. Why would I not put it on eBay first? I do try to have everything cross-listed within 48 to 72 hours. Right? I do. I do. ’em In bulk. Right? I push if I list 20 new items, all 20, go on eBay. And then all 20 go on Poshmark. And then all 20 go on Mercari, et cetera. Yeah. So I do try to batch it like that, but the quicker I can get it in front of people, the more eyes on it, the better chance I have of a sale.

Rachel:

Right. That’s right. There’s no, no arguing that. So that’s rule number one, it gets cross-listed ASAP. Number two, I have tried to add a wide range. So I do a lot of mystery box unboxings and stuff on my YouTube and oh, in the past I would just kind of redonate that stuff. I would be otherwise listing for $10, $15 bucks. And I pick, I would cherry-pick out the better, more high-value stuff. I stopped doing that. I started just listing just the, anything, anything that was in good enough condition. Yep. It’s there. And that’s the stuff that’s selling at the end of the day. I’ve kind of gone ahead and just accepted offers even though they may not have gotten me the full amount I was hoping for. It’s either that, or it’s gonna stay sitting here and it’s making me $0 sitting here. So if I get an offer, I’ve been a little bit more likely to accept it just for the sake of making that money right now. And it is what it is. And, and I think, you know, things will, will get better and things, you know shoppers will start shopping more and, and things will rise, but yeah, we do what we gotta do for now. So that’s what I’m doing.

Clara:

I’m glad that you brought that up because I haven’t, I don’t think I ever shared this ever. Okay. But one of the things that Amanda and I did effectively might not have been a Posh ambassador, but I know how to sell. Okay. In any marketplace. One thing that we did when our sales were going down is to accept offers. Even if you’re hurting, you know, for 20% less than you wanted or 30, because that activates the algorithm and will increase your visibility. One sale will bring another sale. So sometimes you gotta sacrifice, let’s say you don’t have money to promote the listings. Okay. Let’s say you don’t have time to do social commerce…like what you did, maybe selling for a lower price and accepting that offer that will wake you up. Right, Doug?

Doug:

Yeah. Yeah. Kind of gives that algorithm a little jumpstart, I guess you’d say.

Clara:

That’s right now. Okay. This is a great question, Rachel, that I’m dying to hear your answer, honestly. What is your opinion okay, about the existing sharing to system sharing tools? Okay. Not the one from Poshmark, but the third-party services right now that are offering automated sharing services. What, and don’t worry, you know, there is no, no Manish and everybody now they, they understand, okay, there’s no punishment for that. Okay. Of course, it’s not ideal. We talk about, you know, listing optimization, but what is your opinion about those services?

Rachel:

I do use a third-party sharing tool. I’m not shy about it. I will, I will admit it, but I’d rather not. I do it because I feel like I have to, because if I don’t and other people are then my listings aren’t going to be as visible. I much prefer the eBay model where if you have your stuff, if you have your stuff for sale and somebody searches for what you’re selling, they’re gonna find it. I mean, that makes a lot of sense. And I know that that’s something that Poshmark prides itself on, as being different than other platforms. So I’m not sure that it’s ever going, to go away per se. But yeah, I would absolutely rather spend that same money I’m spending on a sharing service and pay to promote my listings because that just, it’s proven, at least in my business model, that’s, what’s more effective, just flat out.

Clara:

Don’t you think that is interesting? I’m gonna go deeper now.

Rachel:

Yeah.

Clara:

You think that’s interesting that lately this last year, you know, we had a flood of these automated solutions, but everybody’s going with lower sales, even though they’re using these expensive tools.

Rachel:

You would think that I got more exposure. And if, if exposure really is what’s driving your sales, then yes, naturally you would think my higher dollar stuff would sell more, or I would get more sales volume. Yeah.  It’s simply not the case.

Clara:

Yep.

Rachel:

At least on Poshmark specifically, yeah.

Clara:

I’m questioning, you know, all these tools right now that instead of helping you with visibility, they’re tanking you on the visibility ranking of Poshmark. That’s something that we’re gonna be talking about with List Perfectly and we’re coming up with a solution Rachel.

Rachel:

Yay. <laugh> for me, the best way to increase visibility is to get your stuff on more platforms.

Clara:

Exactly, exactly. But we promise to deliver something to help Poshmark to do its sharing the right way. The List Perfectly way.

Rachel:

Yeah. Awesome.

Doug:

I wanted to take a minute and touch base on your YouTube channel. So tell us the kind of content that you put on there and how that all came about.

Rachel:

I just basically share like reseller tips and it came about because I started on Instagram. My Instagram following grew like crazy. Like I’m just this, this little, like nobody. And I like all of a sudden start posting that I resell stuff. And then everybody started following me. It was crazy. Well, anyway, I started doing things like unboxing videos on like Instagram live. Right. And somebody was like, you should just make a YouTube channel. And I’m like me, like, me, I’m just over here by myself, like taking pictures of jeans, like what makes you think I should have a YouTube, like, well, but then I’m like, okay, well, if I’m thinking of growth as a business myself like I only do this part-time, I have a full-time job. And so I’m yeah. So I, yeah, I do. And so I’m like, well, if I ever want this to be like a full-time income. It’s probably in my best interest to explore other ways to capitalize on this business as a whole. Right. So I started just filming my inboxing and posting ’em on YouTube. And one thing that makes me, I think, unique is that not a lot of other YouTubers do, once I do the unboxing, I don’t open the box before I open it, like turning on the camera wheel. It’s like, yeah. So I literally stand there with my scissors, like, look guys, I’m opening this box for the first time. And then I show what’s in the box. And then I come back and do a recap 90 days later and say, okay, here’s what platform it’s sold on. Here’s how much it’s sold for. I paid X amount for the box initially after 90 days, here’s how much profit I’ve made. And then I say, okay, based on my actual results. Would I recommend purchasing this box? Would I purchase another one? And I think, you know, it’s very easy for us to open a box and say, yay, here’s what’s in here. But if it was actually profitable, I think that’s the real piece of information that people need. Yeah. And so, and they like to see, so I started doing that. UI, I film my thrift halls and just other miscellaneous like reseller tips, but I would say that the biggest is, the unboxings and the recaps, you know, people wanna know before they buy, have other people had luck with this.

Clara:

So exactly. Rachel, what’s the name of your YouTube channel, please?

Rachel:

It’s just right now, it’s just rbagnik. So my name is, I am working on rebranding very soon. So I don’t wanna say too much because this is, I just recently in the past couple weeks registered officially as an LLC. So I’m, I’m going to actually be rebranding with a business name. Finally, I know it’s way overdue. I’ve been doing this way too long to admit that, but right now it is just rbagnik, on YouTube you can find me.

Clara:

But stay tuned soon. Okay. Rbagnik, stay tuned soon is gonna come rebranding in an amazing new name. Amazing new branding that we’re so excited about. Rachel, you’re growing welcome, LLC. Write-offs, I love it.

Rachel:

Yeah. Right. <Laugh> I’m excited.

Clara:

Awesome. And you also get the reseller permit, so that allows you to not pay final sales taxes when you go and buy items from whether it’s at thrift stores, you know, sometimes some thrift stores do chart taxes, other thrift stores don’t charge taxes. Like Goodwill. Depends on which reason too, but no, I’m excited about that. Thank you for sharing that.

Doug:

Yeah. That’s awesome. Congratulations. I wanted to ask you too about the List Perfectly referral program. So you were an early advocate of it. You’re a big advocate of it. So what is it that you like about the referral program and how would you recommend it to other sellers?

Rachel:

It’s been a really big opportunity again, for me to expand how I’m making money in this business. Right. I think your referral program is very, very generous and I love that it is perpetual, right? So for everybody that uses my code, I get that kickback every single month. Not just that first time my code is used. So that has really helped just add to my earnings ability. And it’s, it’s very easy because it’s a service that I use. I like to stay genuine in what I’m recommending to others and I will only recommend services that I use. So I’m very picky about who I will promote and what I’ll put my name behind. I think that’s important. And so if you’re hearing Rachel say she uses List Perfectly and she loves it, as she means it. Right. And so it’s very easy for me to talk about. I mean, it’s like helping me help you. Like I said, the program’s great. It’s financially beneficial for me. And I think the fact that you don’t have a like anybody can join, right? Like anybody can do it and anybody can tell their friends about it. And I think that’s great.

Clara:

Yep. The only condition we have is that they have to be List Perfectly members. So that’s very important. We wanna keep it grounded okay, to our reselling community. And as much as I am so thankful for influencers, I prefer okay to resources from our community. And you know, in that way, reach organically. List Perfectly, Rachel still doesn’t have a sales team. We don’t do advertising and we don’t do digital marketing. We depend on beautiful community members like yourself to carry the beautiful name of List Perfectly and reach more people to help them to sell more and save time.

Rachel:

You know, good products, they speak for themselves. Really, they do.

Clara:

Yes. And wait to see what Amanda’s bringing–automatic marked sold. Okay. Now we’re gonna put a universal template in which you don’t need to put your zip code every time. It’s coming. It’s coming. We’re weeks away, Rachel.

Rachel:

I am so excited. So excited.

Doug:

What are three adjectives you’d use to describe yourself and your business?

Rachel:

That’s an awesome question. So I would say, okay, this might be boring, but practical. I try to approach everything in a practical sense, using logic and using data based on what’s happened in the past. Right. I think, we sometimes have a tendency, to take an emotional idea and run with it and I try to advocate for the opposite. So I will say practical. I will say fun because this is a side hustle for me. I have a full-time job and I wouldn’t be doing this if it was not fun. So I will say practical, fun, and hopefully entertaining because I have an Instagram and YouTube that I maintain and interact with people on. So practical, fun, and entertaining. I’ll go with those three.

Clara:

I really like what you said. I really like that, you said that you are on Instagram and on YouTube, right? On Instagram you’re also, are you Rachel Bagnik or are you Rbagnik?

Rachel:

Rbagnik on Instagram.

Clara:

Okay. And are you on another social media channel?

Rachel:

Not really. I mean, I have a Facebook. I know I’m in your List Perfectly Facebook group. I don’t spend a ton of time on Facebook. It’s really just those two which is enough. Those two keep me busy for sure.

Clara:

That’s my number one piece of advice. Let’s say, experienced marketing people tell you, that once you find your fit on certain platforms, stick to, what works best for you.

Rachel:

Right?

Doug:

Anything that you’d like to add?

Rachel:

Keep doing what you guys are doing. Like I said, I appreciate the opportunity for the affiliate program. Thank you guys for just having such an awesome product that’s really helped me expand my business and just thank you guys for being so down to earth. You know how to like, you know, your people, when you meet them, like the List Perfectly people and everybody that I’ve encountered that talks speaks highly of List Perfectly or promotes List Perfectly everybody’s so like just down to earth and supportive of one another and just non-competitive and I really appreciate that about you guys, about the List Perfectly community and yeah, just thank you for being there to help us do what we do best. Thank you for doing what you do best.

Clara:

We couldn’t do it without you again, it’s the community and its people like you that make such a big difference on List Perfectly.

Rachel:

Aw, thank you.

Doug:

Well, Rachel, thank you so much for taking the time to talk to us today.

Rachel:

Clara:
